TERMS OF SERVICE
Timeliness: After our original meeting and collecting all requested documents from the client, drafts of most documents are generally completed within 5-7 days. This is a guide only and individual completion times can and may vary depending on complexity. Alpha Resumes will provide an approximate completion date when speaking with clients. Any editing, changes or updates will then take place after initial drafts have been forwarded. All work will be completed in a timely manner subject to acts of God, computer failure, or other conditions beyond Alpha Resumes control. We cannot and will not be held liable for delays.
Review Period: Unless explicitly agreed to by Alpha Resumes, the client agrees to sign off and finalise the resume and any other purchased writing works within 14 days of Alpha Resumes having provided the first draft to the client. Alpha Resumes is happy to work with the client and make changes, as requested. As a business however, we need to be fair and respectfully ask that all change requests are completed in a timely fashion. Changes outside of the review period may be subject to additional consultation and/ or writing fees.
Edits: Editing and revisions are included at no charge for a period of up to 14 days after completed writing works for all resume and cover letter packages. Edits do not include creating or incorporating new content that was not discussed at our initial consultation. Additionally, if a client requires significant reworking of documents, as a result of the client changing the types of roles they wish to apply for or creating additional cover letters, fees may apply for this work.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the resume and cover letter we have created for you, simply let us know and we will gladly re-work or re-write your documents until you are. In addition, if you are not receiving interviews with your new documents, simply let us know within 90 days of completion and we will happily re-work or re-write your documents for you at no cost.
Payment and Refund Policy: By contracting Alpha Resumes, the client acknowledges that fees are paid for highly personalised services including a face to face or phone consultation and bespoke writing services. As such fees are not refundable. Full payment is required prior to any writing works commencing. Payments can be paid in person via cash, or electronically via internet banking transfer or PayPal, where you can use a credit card. Payment processing fees may apply for clients choosing to pay via PayPal. Payment methods are subject to change in the future.
